Still not totally finished

It's been awhile since I've posted on here. It is still such an awesome feeling to walk into AnnaClaire's nursery with her in it. For so long, I waited for that time. It is an absolutely perfect room for our little princess. Believe it or not, it is still not completely done. For the most part... but we still have a picture to hang and a shelf to buy and hang. The picture is of AnnaClaire in April, sitting in her chair, being cute. She even matches her room! ;-)

I'll post pictures when we get the shelf and picture hung, (which could be awhile...)

AnnaClaire really likes her nursery. She sleeps in it all night, naps in it, and enjoys playing in it! Whenever we get her dressed, she helps open her closet doors, too!

AnnaClaire loves her nursery!!! Isn't she too cute in it? Well, this is the last post to this blog beacause... THE NURSERY IS DONE!!!!!!!! AnnaClaire is home, she was the last thing we needed to complete her nursery. We still need to hand a mirror and find a picture for above her changing table. I guess I should post those pictures on here too. So this isn't the last post... Check back in a few weeks!

nursery pictures at LAST!

It is DONE! Except we need to hang the mirror (which might be awhile, it's heavy so we need the handyman to do it--my Dad is NOT a handyman.) I have to admit it is REALLY cute! Especially with the wreaths and candles in the windows. Besides the mirror, we just need our BABY! 9 more days until GOTCHA DAY!!!

Shouldn't it be done by now? (the nursery)

I will post pictures of the nursery when it is totally complete! If you want to see them, remind my dad that the pictures and mirror are waiting to be hung... For now, here is our sweet pea (I'm sure you have seen her way too many times! She's just so cute..........)

We are leaving for China on 12/7!!! REALLY SOON! We got TA on 11/20, CA date (12/18) and concrete travel dates on 11/21 and are traveling 12/7-12/20. We get AnnaClaire on 12/11. Hopefully her nursery will be done by then..wink wink...

We did get the lamp a few days ago... it is SO cute!

Floors and decorating :)

They laid the hardwood floors in the nursery (and hallway and my room) yesterday!!!! They look so nice. This meant that we could decorate the nursery today!!!! The first picture is of just the rug (I LOVE THIS RUG!!!!!!!). The second one is of a corner of the nursery. We don't have the curtains up yet and need a lamp. Then I'll add more pictures of the cuteness. I LOVE her nursery. LOVE LOVE LOVE. Sorry I don't have any pictures of just the floors.. I forgot to take some... but who cares about just the floors now that we have a pretty rug laying on top of them!!!!!!!!
